Halo Medical Group is expanding our Patient Transport Service (PTS) in Chester, and we’re looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our dedicated team. Whether you’re experienced in patient transport or completely new to healthcare, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Available Roles

• PTS Team Leader – lead by example, coordinate daily operations, and support your crew on every journey.
• Experienced PTS Operative – use your existing skills to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient transfers.
• PTS Operative (No Previous Experience Required) – full training provided for the right people with the right attitude!

About the Role

Our PTS teams transport patients safely and comfortably between homes, hospitals, and care settings. Every journey matters — you’ll be making a real difference in people’s lives every day. You’ll work as part of a professional, Paramedic-led service that values teamwork, respect, and patient care above all else.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to patient care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• First Aid or FREC3 Qualification
• Flexibility to work a range of shift patterns
• Experience in healthcare or patient transport is an advantage – but not essential

Training & Support

All new team members receive comprehensive induction training including patient handling, infection prevention, first aid, and vehicle safety. Our paramedic mentors will guide you as you develop your skills and confidence on the job.
